Great spot close to Nigerian restaurants and a shopping mall 😋. Plus, there's a lovely lake just a short 10-minute stroll away from here.

No complaints whatsoever, the hotel met expectations. We appreciated this smoke-free hotel. The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Tilt. What's more, it was just off the galleria and ample parking space, and mall.

My stay in Houston was very pleasant. the hotel was clean and smoke-free, with professional staff. the location was convenient and comfortable, close to eateries, the Galleria, and restaurants for shopping.

I loved the room with kitchenette.

The hotel staff were amicable and fairly friendly upon checkout. The location is favorable, within a short walk to malls, eateries, and restaurants, including Whole Foods Market. Conveniently located just 3 miles from Houston Arboretum and Nature Center.

Bed was hard, room smelled, facility lost cable or dish and I could not watch tv at all starting at 7:15 when I returned to the room. Also there was no one at the front desk the morning I left and phone was out so I have yet to get a receipt for my stay.

Convenient Location 📍

This place is in a great spot, close to a cool area with lots of shopping options, restaurants, and the mall. Plus, there's plenty of parking available.

The location and price were the draw but that's where it stopped. What eggs? The grab 'n go "coffee bar" was literally a small countertop with apples, oranges and a basket of oat bars.

It would have been better if our shoes hadn't stuck to the flooring in the kitchenette area; if there had been an AC unit farther away from the edge of the king size bed where cool air blew on our heads all night; if there had been perhaps a box of Kleenex in the bathroom and maybe even 2 coffee cups for the tea and coffee we had hoped to make while there but didn't realize we had to request every single kitchen item (including the coffee maker) to be delivered to the room. The bedspread was so slick it slid off the bed in the middle of the night. My 87 year old mother awakened me as she attempted to pull the spread and 2 blankets back onto the bed. After my first morning shower, I searched for the (standard issue hotel) hair dryer and found nothing, calling the front desk to ask for one. I was told it should be in the cabinet under the bathroom sink but it wasn't. Eventually a kind, mature male employee came to the door with one and asked if I needed a hair dryer as I stood there with my wet hair drying out at wonky angles. It was already pretty laughable at that point so we began to hunt for another place to stay as we awaited the exciting arrival of our first grand and great grandchild.
